Jim Harper, CSM’s Sales Manager, is responsible for National Sales Channel Management as well as MSP Business Development. Having spent the past 20+ years developing relationships in the direct and indirect sales channels, Jim trains, develops, and leads the sales team for CSM. Identifying opportunities to grow and develop revenue is a strength of Mr. Harper’s. Jim has lead multiple teams successfully within the financial, tech, and manufacturing industries by using a multi-angle approach in opportunity analysis, solution formation, and negotiations. Along with growing businesses, Jim also focuses on core development of human resources in his work as a sales mentor and coach.
Raised in Europe, Mr. Harper followed his pursuits of International Business, receiving his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. In 1996, he moved to the Southeastern Wisconsin area where he has been located ever since. When not working, you will find him spending time with his wife and two children. Jim is an avid baseball and football fan, as well as traveler.
