Customer Experience Manager
One of the original founders of CSM, Jodie brings over 25 years’ experience in telecommunication’s service management. From the company’s early years of monitoring, to these days of complex customer environments, Jodie has brought solutions to customers allowing them to make the most of their network and operational resources. As a driving factor to the core of CSM, Jodie has played a role in most all aspects of the company – from Operations Manager, Customer Service, Network System Administration, Finance and Sales.
In her current role as Customer Experience Manager, she strives to provide best-in-class solutions to our global base. Her extensive experience in Technologies, Communication and Project Management ensures smooth implementations on projects and efficient resolution to any anomalies. When it comes to designing solutions, she has a super star team that can satisfy most any customer request.
When not in the office, you can probably find Jodie and her husband watching their son’s sporting events. She also loves to travel, read and spend time outdoors with family and friends.
